Recipe: Banana pancakes
Sometimes you just don’t have the energy, yet your tummy is craving food. You don’t have much time and your wallet is almost empty. Take a look at this recipe of banana pancakes, which are easy to make, cheap, nice to you blood sugar and really tasty!
For 2 people:
– 2 normal sized bananas
– 4 eggs
Instructions:
Peel the bananas. Mash them as much as possible in a bowl. Crack the eggs into the bowl. Mix it together and fry the pancakes in oil or butter in a frying pan. Serve with bacon for breakfast, with cottage cheese for lunch or with ice cream for dessert!
