Terms of use
Facilitate Partner AB (556788-7384) runs the business for the trademark of Anna PS®. The company is registered in Östhammar, Sweden. Terms and conditions for purchase at our webshop are as follows, listed below. For legal reasons the buyer has to be over 18 years old to complete purchase. If under 18 years old, a legal guardian has to authorize the purchase. In a eventual contention we will comply the Pubilc Complaints Board’s (ARN) recommendations.
- PRICING: All prices are including the Swedish VAT, present 25%. The prices are in SEK (Swedish crowns), EUR (Euro) and USD (US Dollars). The prices in our web shop do not include freight cost for shipping outside of Sweden. The prices shown at the Customer’s actual purchase will be vaild through out the process.
- PURCHASE: Your purchase is completed and an existing contact when Customer receives the order confirmation. It will be sent to the Customer within 24 hours after purchase to the e-mail address given by the Customer. All purchases should be done at our web shop, www.annaps.com. The purchase is only valid if AnnaPS can determine Customers address.
- SALE / OFFERS: Sale and offers are valid as long as there are items in stock. Offers without a given end date are valid as long items are in stock. The same for offers with a given end date.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION: We will send an electronical order confirmation after receiving the Customer’s order in our web shop. Please make sure to control your purchase so it is correct. If not, please contact our Customer Service immediately. We ask you kindly to have the order confirmation and order number available when in contact with our Customer Service. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.

RETURNS: We realize the world isn’t perfect and sometimes your order may not be what you expected. Or maybe you’ve simply changed your mind. Either way, we are not satisfied until you are and if you’re not content with your purchase from www.annaps.com send it back within 30 days upon receiving your order. N.B Due to the nature of underwear and swimwear bottoms, we cannot accept returns if opened and/or tried. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been used or washed.
The moment we receive your parcel, we will arrange for your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and send you a notification email. This will take approx. 1 week after we have received your returned order.
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT:
1. Place the products you want to return in a package (underwear must have an unbroken package and be in a re-saleable condition).
2. Add a note about your order number, your name and the reason for the return and include it in your parcel.
3. Please mail back your return within 30 days of receipt to the address stated on the return form. You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore we recommend obtaining a receipt from the postal service as proof of postage.Please be informed that return charges will be at the customer’s expense
