This is the best breakfast for hot summerdays that I can imagine. Both the smoothie and the granola are easy to vary. Let your imagination run free!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Smoothie bowl\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 banana<\/p>\n

2 dl frozen raspberries<\/p>\n

1 dl frozen blueberries<\/p>\n

1 dl coconutmilk<\/p>\n

Mix everything together in a powerful blender until nice and smooth.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Granola<\/strong><\/p>\n

2 dl rolled oats<\/p>\n

2 dl rye flakes<\/p>\n

2 dl sunflower seeds<\/p>\n

1 dl pumpkin seeds<\/p>\n

1 dl flaxseeds<\/p>\n

1 dl almonds<\/p>\n

1 dl cashews<\/p>\n

1 dl walnuts<\/p>\n

3 tbsp water<\/p>\n

2 tbsp rapeseed oil<\/p>\n

1 tbsp liquid honey<\/p>\n

1 tbsp cinnamon<\/p>\n

Coarsely chop almonds, cashews and walnuts. Mix all dry ingredients except cinnamon in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix water, oil, honey and cinnamon and pour it over the granola and mix everything around. Put the granola in a baking tray and roast at 200\u00b0C\/392\u00b0F for 15 minutes. Mix the granola around every five minutes to avoid getting it burned.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

For serving you also need some fresh raspberries, mint and peanut butter.<\/p>\n
